I don’t believe in the old myth that young people shouldn’t do strength training, as long as it’s done in moderation and correctly. This Strength program 1 is designed using mostly body weight exercises. Where weights are used the exercises begin with no weight so they can get the proper techniques coordinated. Then later light weights are added. This program, as with all my strength programs, builds from the core out. It uses exercises that engage compound muscle groups, building a strong structural foundation!
