This first routine is pretty easy and should ween them into a preparation plan. Being successful as a motocross racer takes a lot of ingredients all working together. One of these key ingredients are good weekly routines. I believe it’s important to start young riders on sensible, fun routines. This way they can adapt gradually. They will feel the benefits and want to continuing improving. It’s never too early to start, as long as it’s fun and they want to do it.
