Newest Technique for Body Positions & Movements.
Until now, no one has talked about, what a rider’s hips should be doing while cornering. I wasn’t aware of what my hips were doing, while cornering, until June of 2019. During some unusual circumstances, for the first time, I became aware of how my hips were working while cornering. I was rotating my outside hip and knee forward. My hips were actually rotating, a little, into the corner, just like my shoulders were. If you think about it, it makes perfect sense. Your entire body needs to work together, linked together, like a chain. A primary key, relating to Body Positions and Movements, is for your entire body to be working in the most efficient body positions and movements possible. This is an important piece of the puzzle, in making you become one with the bike.
